Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Open the Quasar Salon app, tap Sign Up, enter your full name and email, and verify with the 6-digit code we send to your email. A phone number is optional — you only need to add it if you'd like the salon to call you about last-minute changes.
How do I book an appointment?
Browse services from the Home tab, add what you'd like to your cart, then tap Book Now. Pick a date, time slot, and stylist (optional), and confirm. You'll get a confirmation email immediately.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Open My Bookings, find your appointment, and tap Cancel or Reschedule. You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your appointment. For changes within that window, please call the salon.
Do you charge for cancellations?
No charge if you cancel at least 2 hours in advance through the app. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at the salon's discretion.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and booking history within 30 days. You can also email bookings@quasarsalon.com to request deletion.
I'm not receiving the verification email
Please check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still don't see it, tap Resend Code on the verification screen. If problems persist, contact us at bookings@quasarsalon.com and we'll help you sign in.
What devices does the app support?
iOS 15 and later, and Android 8 and later. The app also runs in modern web browsers via quasarsalon.com.
How is my personal information used?
We only collect what's needed to run your account and confirm your appointments. We don't sell your data and we don't use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. See our full privacy policy for details.
Refunds for paid services
Most services are paid at the salon after your appointment, so refunds are handled in-person. If you've prepaid for a service and need a refund, email bookings@quasarsalon.com with your booking ID.
